You will partner with associates and leaders across Core Operations to understand business problems, analyze processes with data, document requirements, and design solutions that improve capacity, risk management, and the associate experience.Your responsibilities will include leading improvement initiatives, enabling and analyzing data insights to identify and assess solution options, and developing business-owned solutions, including agentic workflows.
