<h2>Responsibilities</h2>We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to support Project Managers in building and delivering exceptional services catered to our clients’ specific goals and concerns. Are you passionate about joining a team of professionals who put the client first to deliver a great end product? At Shawmut, we will provide you specialized training and development tools that support you to be your best at running projects, collaborating with clients, and developing professionally.
<p>In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management, and relationship management</p>

<li>Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project. </li>
<li>Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out. </li>
<li>Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs, and Shawmut staff</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or relative field a plus</li>
<li><strong>3-5 years of experience</strong> in construction management with a commercial general contractor</li>
<li>Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus </li>
<li>Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel</li>

<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>
<p><strong>New York Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000.</strong> The range stated is specific to New York. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.</p>
