<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are looking for a high‑impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia who is passionate about building sales capability across diverse markets, cultures, and customer environments.</p><p>This role plays a critical part in strengthening our SEA sales organization by creating, delivering, and continuously elevating practical, high‑impact learning experiences. You will be a hands‑on trainer and facilitator, while also leading training needs analysis, content localisation, and effectiveness measurement to ensure our sales teams are ready to perform—today and for the future.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Understand the SEA Business Reality</b></p><ul><li>Partner with regional and country leadership to identify sales capability gaps across different SEA markets and prioritize training needs aligned to business goals.</li><li>Support the development of regional capability-building strategies that strengthen commercial effectiveness and organizational performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Design Learning That Works in the Field</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training programs, workshops, and learning materials that are practical, culturally relevant, and adaptable across SEA markets.</li><li>Develop learning solutions tailored to audience needs (Sales, Service Technicians, and customer-facing teams), content type (technical, operational, process, digital), and delivery channels (in-person, virtual, and online learning).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Lead and Deliver Training Across SEA</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a primary facilitator, delivering engaging and impactful training through classroom, virtual, workshop, on-the-job coaching, and simulation-based formats across the region.</li><li>Deliver learning solutions for frontline sales representatives, account managers, service associates, sales leaders, and customer-facing teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Drive Regional Training Execution</b></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and support training delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timely execution, strong participation, and consistent learner experience.</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives with speed, discipline, and execution rigor, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with evolving business priorities and innovations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Turn Learning Into Performance</b></p><ul><li>Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators; refine programs to drive application, behavior change, and results.</li><li>Track key learning metrics including participation, knowledge retention, skill application, capability improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Collaborate Across Functions and Countries</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with Sales, HR, and cross-functional teams at regional and country levels to ensure alignment with talent strategies, sales priorities, and organizational direction.</li><li>Partner with Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Industry Technical Consultants (ITC), and Global and Regional Training Managers to drive capability development initiatives across the business.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Continuously Raise the Capability Bar</b></p><ul><li>Stay ahead of learning, facilitation, and sales enablement trends, bringing fresh ideas and proven practices into the SEA learning ecosystem.</li><li>Continuously refresh and enhance learning content and programs to support new innovations, product launches, and changing business needs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience in the Data Centre, Microelectronics, Industrial B2B, or similar technical commercial environments is highly desirable.</b></li><li><b>Experience supporting sales, technical service, or customer-facing teams in a technology-driven or solution-selling environmen</b>t..</li><li>Strong grounding in adult learning, facilitation techniques, and experiential training methodologies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end training lifecycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).</li><li>Hands-on facilitation experience (classroom and virtual), ideally with sales, service, or customer-facing audiences.</li><li>Experience designing learning programs across different learner groups, content types, and delivery formats.</li><li>Solid understanding of sales processes; customer-facing or commercial experience is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong collaboration, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to develop, refresh, and scale learning content in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Certification in facilitation, instructional design, or adult learning is a plus.</li></ul>
