</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><b><span>What you’ll need:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s Degree in </span><span>a technical</span><span> discipline or equivalent experience.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Seven plus years’ experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Three plus years’ supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated abilities in planning, delegation, communications, problem solving, and decision making.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated experience</span><span> using </span><span>OpEx</span><span> to deliver continuous improvement, cost reduction</span><span>, and process improvement.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with managing safety management systems to reduce incidents, exposures and
