<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>First Finish, a premier full-service hotel renovation contractor is now part of the Shawmut family!&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>As a 100% employee-owned company, we are committed to our people, client service, execution, and safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Here’s a glimpse into what we are offering:</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.</li> <li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)<strong>&nbsp;-&nbsp;</strong>be an employee owner!</li> <li>401K with Match - receive company match up to 4% of your eligible pay.</li> <li>Paid time off&nbsp;</li> <li>The Extras: cell phone, laptop, pet insurance, financial planning services and many more.</li> </ul> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Irvine, California team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead Project Managers and their teams in the execution of multiple hospitality renovation projects.</li> <li>Manage team assignments, resource allocation, workloads, project schedules, and key milestones.</li> <li>Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, financial performance, documentation, and First Finish operating procedures.</li> <li>Review project plans and documentation to anticipate trade conflicts, operational challenges, and schedule risks.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel management, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.</li> <li>Oversee project financials, including budgets, buyout, forecasting, billing, change orders, invoicing, expenditures, and profitability.</li> <li>Lead project, client, financial, preconstruction, closeout, and lessons-learned meetings.</li> <li>Coach and develop project management staff through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>10 or more years of construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor.</li> <li>Experience leading multiple project teams in hospitality renovations, commercial interiors, occupied spaces, or similarly complex renovation work.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, procurement, safety, quality control, project financials, and closeout.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, client billing, and overall project profitability.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and interior-design plans and specifications.</li> <li>Strong leadership, client-service, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction accounting or project-management systems, with flexibility to travel as required.</li> </ul> <h2>EEO Information</h2> <p>First Finish prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation,&nbsp;gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p> <h2>Salary Range Information</h2> <p><strong>Irvine California Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 </strong>&nbsp;Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction &amp; Field roles) and internal company equity.&nbsp;</p>
