<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Irvine, California team.</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Lead Project Managers and their teams in the execution of multiple hospitality renovation projects.</li>
<li>Manage team assignments, resource allocation, workloads, project schedules, and key milestones.</li>
<li>Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, financial performance, documentation, and First Finish operating procedures.</li>
<li>Review project plans and documentation to anticipate trade conflicts, operational challenges, and schedule risks.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel management, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.</li>
<li>Oversee project financials, including budgets, buyout, forecasting, billing, change orders, invoicing, expenditures, and profitability.</li>
<li>Lead project, client, financial, preconstruction, closeout, and lessons-learned meetings.</li>
<li>Coach and develop project management staff through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>10 or more years of construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor.</li>
<li>Experience leading multiple project teams in hospitality renovations, commercial interiors, occupied spaces, or similarly complex renovation work.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, procurement, safety, quality control, project financials, and closeout.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, client billing, and overall project profitability.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and interior-design plans and specifications.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, client-service, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction accounting or project-management systems, with flexibility to travel as required.</li>

<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>
<p><strong>Irvine California Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 </strong> Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity. </p>
