When you join Ames, you’re joining a company built for long-term success — where skilled people, strong teams, and disciplined execution come together to build careers and a better future.<div>Key Duties and Responsibilities</div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Performing tasks involving physical labor /or Carpentry on construction sites</li><li>General cleanup of the site</li><li>Unloading, handling and stockpiling material</li><li>Placing, pushing, pulling and shoveling</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Knowledgeable in OSHA standards</li><li>Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors</li><li>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions</li><li>Must have a valid Driver’s License</li><li>Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-power tools</li><li>Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills are a must</li><li>Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Travel – Multiple locations throughout the Eastern Region.</li><li>Construction Site Environment – physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb.
