The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About You<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience leading complex programs, strategic initiatives, or business transformation efforts. Operations experience in supply chain or stores is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs or enterprise initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction and translate strategy into execution.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and lead cross-functional teams through implementation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.</li><li>Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, governance processes, and performance metrics.</li><li>Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority.</li><li>Ability to operate independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.</li></ul>This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
