<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>As a <strong>PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA:):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and carry out personalized treatment plans</p></li>
<li><p>Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help residents achieve functional goals</p></li>
<li><p>Contribute as a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team</p></li>
<li><p>Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation</p></li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program</p></li>
<li><p>Valid Iowa COTA license</p></li>
<li><p>Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends</p></li>
<li><p>Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required!</p></li>
