This role create intake processes, develop job description templates, and communication and change management activities.</p><p>The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and compensation practices while contributing to a high-impact enterprise initiative that supports the job evaluation process.</p><p></p><h1><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1><ul><li>Design and administer intake questionnaires and data collection tools to gather accurate job information from leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>Develop standardized job description templates, guidance materials, and supporting resources to promote consistency across roles.</li><li>Support communication and change management efforts by sharing project objectives, timelines, expectations, and key updates with leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with organizing project materials, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to improve the job description process.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h1><ul><li>Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum GPA of 3.0.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with varied audiences.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.</li><li>Interest in compensation, job architecture, organizational design, process improvement, or HR operations.</li></ul><p style="text-align:left !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>PAY RANGE:</b></p>&#xa;&#xa;<p><b>CULTURE AND BENEFITS:</b></p><p>At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
