This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.<p></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives</li><li>Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals</li><li>Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients</li><li>Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelines</li><li>Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking</li><li>Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databases</li><li>Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication</li><li>Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li>ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification</li><li>Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development principles</li><li>Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous</li><li>Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>Able to translate technical tax concepts into clear and practical outputs with guidance</li><li>Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured reports</li><li>Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrates ownership of workstreams while seeking guidance where appropriate</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Ryan</b></p><ul><li>You will have the opportunity to develop your career within a growing Transfer Pricing practice, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and technical areas while working closely with experienced leadership.</li><li>If you are looking for a role that offers strong development, progression, and the opportunity to build your expertise within a dynamic team, we would welcome a conversation.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid<br />#LI-DR1</p>
