ULCs are scalable and delivered asynchronously, and can have between 200-1,000+learners in each course. Hours are not guaranteed and can vary between 5-20 hours per week, per 8-week session. Future sessions may be available, but not guaranteed.The ULC Assistant Instructional Aide(s) for Science, Conservation, Mathematics, and the Arts will support faculty with learner assessment in online courses by providing feedback, as well as grade support, to learners on in-class activities and assignments. The ULC Assistant Instructional Aide(s) will monitor and grade assignments, and may be tasked to help learners navigate challenges within the Universal Learner Course. In addition, this role may require monitoring and engaging in discussion activities within course Discussion boards and hosting of live sessions with learners, as assigned by faculty members. </li><li>Training: The role requires the participation of several initial training sessions, as well as other calibration sessions as needed.
