<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Machine Shop Laborers</strong><strong> </strong>for projects located in the <strong>Morris, MN area</strong>. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is <strong>$28-30/hour</strong> based on experience plus <strong>$100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site</strong>. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with fabrication shop activities and machine shop work</li>
<li>Help brake operators organize and handle parts</li>
<li>Read and interpret detailed blueprints and dimensions</li>
<li>Fabricate parts while maintaining precise tolerances</li>
<li>Safely operate forklifts and cranes after completing required training</li>
<li>Use a tape measure accurately, including 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" measurements</li>
<li>Convert feet to inches and fractions to decimals</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and understand blueprints</li>
<li>Comfortable working with measurements and fractions</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and cranes</li>
<li>Previous fabrication, machine shop, or industrial experience is a plus</li>
