Through four six-month rotations, associates gain hands-on experience delivering digital products, developing technology solutions, and partnering with teams across Polaris to solve real business challenges.The Digital Product Development Track provides exposure to the full digital product lifecycle—from product strategy and requirements definition to software development, architecture, and solution delivery. Associates work alongside product managers, engineers, architects, and business leaders to help shape the digital products and platforms that power Polaris.This track is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology and are energized by problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and leadership. Selected candidates will participate in a phone screen, business screen, and virtual interview with Polaris HR and business leaders. Rotation placements are determined based on business needs, individual interests, and development goals, with start dates aligned to graduation timing in either January or June.DP Relocation Assistance:Polaris offers a relocation program through our mobility vendor for employees who qualify. Benefits include a lump sum payment, self-haul moving package, lease cancellation/duplicate housing reimbursement, and access to a relocation counselor. The counselor will explain available resources and assist in securing short-term housing.
