The OpportunityWe are seeking a Director – AI & Agentic Solutions, Liquidity Management to lead the next phase of AI Strategy & Transformation across Citi’s Liquidity Management business.This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional who combines deep expertise in liquidity products and solutions with proven experience developing and deploying Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.The successful candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between Liquidity Management, Treasury, Product, Technology, Data & AI, Operations, Risk and senior business leadership. The role will identify high-value opportunities, define the AI strategy, and lead the development of production-ready solutions that materially improve how liquidity products are designed, managed, sold and delivered.This is not a traditional AI engineering role. Management<ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Liquidity Management and Treasury executives.</li><li>Present AI strategy, investment cases, business outcomes and risks to senior management.</li><li>Build strong partnerships across Technology, Data, AI/ML, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Cybersecurity.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams across business and organization.</li></ul>Who We're Looking ForRequired<ul><li>12+ years of product management or product leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, technology-led products</li><li>Deep, demonstrated knowledge of bank liquidity products and solutions.</li><li>Experience working directly with liquidity products, Treasury solutions, client liquidity structures or related banking businesses.</li><li>Ability to translate a complex banking problem into a practical AI solution architecture.</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated P&L ownership or direct accountability for a key business metric significantly improved through product launches</li><li>5+ years of direct or indirect external client-facing experience; comfortable co-creating and validating products with enterprise clients</li><li>Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI and
