Sponsor Finance team partners with CCB coverage teams, product specialists, and industry bankers to originate, structure, and execute corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on private equity-backed companies.</h2><h2>The Corporate Finance Transactor plays a key role in delivering Citi&#39;s corporate finance solutions, the full platform of Citi corporate finance solutions, with a particular focus on debt solutions for middle market corporate clients across EMEA. </h2><h2><br /><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITES:</u></h2><p></p><h2><b>Business Origination</b>   </h2><ul><li><h2>Support Corporate &amp; Sponsor Finance transactors, interacting with clients, participating in meetings and client pitches</h2></li><li><h2>Preparation of marketing materials to provide insightful analysis and advice to clients on optimal financing options and strategic alternatives </h2></li><li><h2>Maintenance of deal pipeline, with a focus on key trends in each market and potential replicability of solutions across different countries and industries</h2></li><li><h2>Continued development of team’s market data sources and analytics infrastructure</h2></li><li><h2>Conduct industry analysis to identify trends (including peer analysis and client benchmarking)</h2></li><li><h2>Direct involvement in Corporate &amp; Sponsor Finance strategic initiatives </h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Transaction Structuring</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Preparation of detailed cash flow models, including design of debt structures, debt capacity analysis and company valuation</h2></li><li><h2>Support the review of clients’ business plans and funding strategy </h2></li><li><h2>Conducting due diligence on clients and prospects</h2></li><li><h2>Support in the assessment of potential opportunities to establish transaction viability</h2></li><li><h2>Help with the preparation and review of deal term sheets </h2></li><li><h2>Provide input on credit analysis</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Transaction Execution</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Support deal team co-ordination and project management</h2></li><li><h2>Preparation of investor marketing materials</h2></li><li><h2>Involvement in deal credit approval processes</h2></li><li><h2>Support review and negotiation loan documentation </h2></li><li><h2>Support internal approvals</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><u>SKILLS &amp;
