You will work alongside a team of engineers to keep our pipelines healthy, maintain the environments our development teams depend on, and help the organization adopt AI tooling.</b></p><p><b>What You&#39;ll Do</b></p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for build and release automation</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Maintain and provision development, test, and staging environments</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Automate repetitive engineering tasks with PowerShell and other scripting</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Help administer Windows Server infrastructure, patching, and Active Directory</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Support containerized workloads using Docker and/or Kubernetes</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Assist in evaluating and rolling out AI development tooling across R&amp;D</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Troubleshoot pipeline, environment, and deployment issues, and document what you learn</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Must Have</b></p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and practices</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Experience or working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Basic understanding of build systems (e.g., TFS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Basic understanding of deployment tooling (e.g., TFS, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Programming or scripting experience, e.g., PowerShell</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Container experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Basic domain administration skills (e.g., Windows Server, patching, Active Directory)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Experience working with AI CLIs (e.g., Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Strong logical aptitude and excellent communication skills</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Working knowledge of packaging tools (e.g., InstallShield, NuGet, npm)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Experience with SQL Server management (queries, deployments, permissions, DACPAC)</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Knowledge of mobile app deployments to Google Play and/or the App Store</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Understanding of Linux</span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000">Understanding of AI models, weights, and routing</span></li></ul><p> </p>
