Associate Logistics Analyst

<p></p><p><span>Ecolab Services is looking for an <b>Associate Logistics Analyst</b> to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) in Buenos Aires</span>, supporting the North America Logistics Control Tower Team. This role is instrumental in driving the competitive advantage our business units require, ensuring product is delivered on-time, in-full, to our customers.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Manage and coordinate Customer Collect scheduling coordination for an assigned geographic region.</li><li>Monitor shipments and requests to identify actions required to improve or optimize related processes</li><li>Communicate effectively via phone and e-mail to provide order status, product and availability information and to resolve transportation and inventory issues with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain effective track and trace process with in-transit shipments</li><li>Effectively communicate and resolve delay scenarios with internal and external customers</li><li>Effective cost management per contractual and/or budgetary guidelines</li><li>Work as a part of a team effectively, which includes but is not limited to effective communication and provide coverage in the absence of teammates</li></ul><p></p><p> <b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma, or equivalent</li><li>English proficiency</li><li>1&#43; years of professional work experience, preferably within logistics and/or transportation operations environments</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Access, or the ability to be trained</li></ul><p></p>
