<p>The Summer Intern program provides students with a meaningful, hands-on learning experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives, and gain exposure to the electrical utility industry.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Support day-to-day activities and strategic projects within the assigned department.</li>
<li>Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation development.</li>
<li>Participate in cross-functional meetings and team initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, or business outcomes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and deliverables.</li>
<li>Present project updates and final recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Follow company safety, quality, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrate ERMCO's POWER Values in daily interactions and work activities.</li>
<li>Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>

<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.</li>
<li>Pursuing a degree related to the area of assignment, such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in a business setting.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Previous internship, co-op, leadership, campus organization, or project experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Interest in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or corporate business functions.</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.</li>
