We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to join our technology team, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python, Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL, along with hands-on experience in developing AI agents and utilizing modern AI tools. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead complex technical projects, particularly in the AI space, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions under tight deadlines. The AVP will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of our AI initiatives and ensuring they align with our strategic business goals.The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
